Ewa Francis - MA (Management Learning)

Ewa is proprietor of Ex Animo – SIMPLY LEARNING. She has over 17 years’ experience in Leadership and Management Development across UK and Central European markets . As a facilitator and coach she offers a unique insight into people management matters related to working with and managing people from different cultures.

Her expertise is in: Bespoke Development Programmes Design, Delivery, Evaluation; Team and Executive Coaching; Mentoring Programmes, Experiential Learning (e.g. Action & Peer-to-Peer Learning); Customising learning solutions for local markets and delivery across different countries.

Her practice is informed by Management Learning, Positive Psychology, Gestalt Holistic Inquiry, Appreciative Inquiry, Systemic Perspective and Organisational Constellations.

Her recent clients come from both the public and private sectors. They include: HSBC,  Local Government, Virgin Holidays, FMCG, Engineering and Construction.

 

Geoff Allan - BA, MSc(Management), NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Coach, FRSA

Geoffrey has a wide experience of management development, both as a senior manager in the Public Service and as a consultant in private practice. A leadership and small business coach since 1995, he is actively involved in action learning sets and appreciative inquiry. His practice is based on positive psychology and his aim is to help individuals build on their strengths, both for their organisations, and for themselves.

 

Professor Paul Barber - PhD, MSc, BA

I am a visiting Professor at Middlesex University (UK) and Nova Sud (Serbia) and a Fellow of the Roffey Park Management Institute (UK). I have international practice as an organisational consultant and a psychotherapist.

I am an ex-director of The Human Potential Research Group (HPRG) at the University of Surrey, where I co-designed an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies – a programme I subsequently employed to deliver culture change within a commercial setting.

I have trained facilitators and been in private practice as a psychotherapist, group facilitator, organisational consultant and coach for some 30 years and delivered programmes in China, Malta, France, Romania and Greece.

 

Professor John Burgoyne - BSc, MPhil, PhD

John Burgoyne is Professor of Management Learning in the Department of Management Learning in the Management School, University of Lancaster, of which he is a founding member.  He is a Visiting Professor at University Campus Suffolk, and an Associate of Ashridge Management College and Henley Business School.

A psychologist by background he has worked on the evaluation of management development, the learning process, competencies and self-development, corporate management development policy, career formation, organisational learning, knowledge managing, the virtual organization and leadership.

He is concerned to apply ideas from research to the practical reconstruction of organisations through management, leadership and organisation development, and the evaluation of initiatives in this area.

He is particularly interested in working with organisations that wish to use the formulation and implementation of Corporate Management Development Policy, and the evaluation of its implementation as a cornerstone of their efforts to create their futures. He interested in learning organization approaches, and at the moment this includes the application of network theory in all these areas.

He worked as Policy Research Consultant to the Council for Excellence in Management and Leadership, a Government sponsored independent inquiry into the development and utilization of management and leadership talent.

 

Sarah Lewis - M.Sc. C.Psychol

Sarah is an associated fellow of the British Psychological Society and a principal member of the Association of Business Psychologists. She is an acknowledged Appreciative Inquiry expert, a regular conference presenter and a published author. Her most recent work is ‘Positive Psychology at Work’ and she is the lead author of ‘Appreciative Inquiry for Change Management.’

She helps organizations to meet their challenges in areas of organisational life such as performance, change, strategy, relationships, morale and motivation, process improvement, leadership, and effectiveness. Sarah is a consultant facilitator, and all her work is informed by a social constructionist, and appreciative, view of organisations. Her special expertise is in creating individually designed large or whole system interventions based on Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space, World Café, Future Search, and positive psychology.

She is experienced working with individuals, groups and organizations on public and private sector challenges. Clients include: Aston Business School, PwC, DeBeers, Vectoraerospace, Saab Seaeye, Kronos, and Buckinghamshire County Council.

 

Barbara StClaire-Ostwald

Barbara StClaire-Ostwald has lived and worked in the UK, continental Europe and North Africa for 30+ years; working for multinationals in the private, public and not for profit sectors. For 12 of those years she worked in London in the area of investment banking and asset management.

She is an experienced facilitator, coach and trainer, providing cross cultural business consultancy services in partnership with a number of British, American and European organisations since 2003. She also provides programmes for partners, spouses and children of relocating employees in English, French and Polish.  As a freelance consultant she has worked with a variety of FTSE 100 organisations and other multinationals from diverse professions.

Speaker at internationally acclaimed conferences; published and referenced in professional journals, Barbara specialises in Global Executive and Cross-cultural coaching; Inclusive Leadership Training; Expat/Repat programmes; Diversity and  Inclusion training and Mentoring programmes.

A British/Polish dual national Barbara holds a University Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practices from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK.

 

Sue White

With 25 years of experience as coach and trainer, Sue is a flexible thinker focussed on the quality of the client’s journey and the end results, operating with a clear code of ethics.

Holder of a National Training Award for her work in recognition of ‘client achievements and outstanding success through the most broad and extensive range of client interaction and support the judges had ever seen’.

Sue graduated from the University of Warwick in the UK with a 1st degree in creating tailored and optimal Learning environments. She is also an NLP Master Practitioner and an accredited coach.
